Many clients find our office intimidating, as well as, the drive for many of our clients is difficult. This year, I\u2019ve made a big effort to go to the client\u2019s house and sit around their kitchen table and kinda go back old school. I also leave the suit and tie at the office and I try to be as personable as possible. I\u2019m finding that that investment is developing better long-term relationships and making that money stickier.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: small; color: #5f574f;\">Christopher&#8217;s career with Houston Asset Management began in the summer of 1998 as a college intern.\u00a0 After earning a B.S. in Economics\u00a0with a Business minor\u00a0from Texas A&amp;M University, Christopher returned to Houston Asset Management in September 2003.\u00a0 He has since gone on to complete the University of St. Thomas financial planning program. In January 2014, Christopher became a managing partner and President of Houston Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: small; color: #5f574f;\">Christopher became\u00a0a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER\u2122 practioner in 2006.\u00a0 He is a Registered Representative with SagePoint Financial, Inc., a registered broker\/dealer firm, member of\u00a0FINRA\u00a0and SIPC.\u00a0 Christopher also carries his life, accident, health, and HMO insurance license and offers fixed and traditional insurance through Investment Marketing Resources, LP, not affiliated with SagePoint Financial, Inc.\u00a0 Christopher is currently a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Financial Services Institute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: 10px; color: #5f574f;\"><em>Adapted from houstonassetmgmt.com.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Christopher M.
