THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27
\nAnnenberg Presidential Conference Center<\/span><\/p>\n

Career Fair Tables <\/strong><\/span>\u00a09:00 AM – NOON<\/span>
\nThis session is open to all firms looking to hire students for full-time careers and for internships. Space will be limited and advance registration is required. <\/span>
\n
\nLunch <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0NOON – 1:00PM<\/span>
\n
\nStudent Showcase Presentations <\/strong><\/span>\u00a01:00 – 3:00PM<\/span>
\nThis new element of our event is designed to help our students grow in their presentation skills while engaging with industry professionals. Students will be provided a financial planning case and solution in advance, then assigned a 20-minute slot on October 27 to present their plan.\u00a0<\/span>
\n
\nTEDx Style Talks <\/strong><\/span>\u00a03:30 – 4:30PM<\/span>
\nA long-time crowd favorite, this session features a blend of recent former students, seasoned industry professionals, and industry experts who share insightful messages with our audience.<\/span>
\n
\nNetworking & Welcome Reception\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>4:30 – 5:30PM<\/span>
\nAttendees are invited to network and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres before we move into the evening events. <\/span>
\n
\nStudent Recognition & Awards Banquet <\/strong><\/span>\u00a06:00 – 8:00PM<\/span>
\nCome help us celebrate our outstanding students while networking with industry professionals and program supporters. Scholarship winners will be recognized and outstanding former students will be celebrated for their achievements.<\/span><\/p>\n

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28
\n<\/span>
\nInterview Sessions\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> 8:00AM – 4:00PM
\n<\/span>These sessions are available to sponsors and firms participating in the Career Fair session on Thursday. Companies who wish to interview students on Friday will schedule interviews with students during the Career Fair on Thursday. All interview sessions will take place at the Texas A&M Career Center<\/strong>.<\/span>
\n
\nFormer Student Networking<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nFormer students staying in town for the football game on Saturday are encouraged to network. Bryan-College Station has grown significantly over the past few years and boasts a wide variety of attractions such as Big Shots Golf, BCS Axe House, Century Square, and more. \nAdvisory Board Meeting (by invitation only) <\/em><\/span><\/strong>TBD<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nAdvisory Board members will be meeting to provide guidance, feedback, and suggestions for the program.<\/span><\/p>\n

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29
\n<\/span>
\nFinancial Planning Student Association Tailgate\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> TBD
\n<\/span>Our student organization is hosting a tailgate before the Ole Miss game. Current students, former students, and conference attendees are invited!<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration (pre-registration is closed)<\/p>\n

Industry Professional Individual Attendee | $100<\/span>
\nIncludes access to lunch, all afternoon events, the Networking Reception and Awards Banquet, and all day parking in a reserved lot near event venue. Individual attendee registration does not include a table at the Career Fair.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Group and Sponsor Packages | $350 – $5,000 <\/span>
\n(Sponsor Registration for the Career Fair has closed)<\/span><\/em>
\nAll packages include access the Career Fair, afternoon events, the Networking Reception and Awards Banquet, and all day parking in a reserved lot near event venue. Capacity is limited for Career Fair tables, so registration may become unavailable. All packages include at least one reserved interview room at the Career Center on Friday, October 28.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nStudent registration is limited to currently enrolled students at Texas A&M University.<\/span><\/p>\n
