In recognition of his interest and support of the Financial Planning Department of Baylor University&#8217;s College of Business, the faculty of the Hankamer School of Business has named Carter an honorary professor. Currently, he serves on the editorial review board for the Asia Financial Planning Journal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; color: #5f574f;\">Carter&#8217;s professional involvement includes terms as chairman of the board and president of the International Association of Financial Planning (IAFP). He is past president and past chairman of the Board of Governors of The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, past chairman of the CFP International Council and past chairman of the Foundation for Financial Planning.
